About Me

I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My passion is working with people healing from trauma and wanting to increase sexual health and well-being. I believe that you are always on a path towards growth and self-realization. Therapy can be a place for guidance, clarity, and empowerment. I am an engaged and compassionate therapist who creates a comfortable place to share thoughts that may feel shameful or insignificant. I also believe that therapy can be fun, exciting, and freeing.

I hold a safe place for you even when you feel you cannot trust others and often place your deepest desires last. My passion is to help you dissolve the stories that you learned about yourself and the world, which stop you from having the confidence and self-worth that you know you deserve to feel.

Most importantly, I believe that therapy is a place to enhance your personal strengths and grow your capacity to feel happiness, contentment, and personal meaning.
