It's time for relief and to rest!​ You're tired of being tired. You need quick and clear instruction that can be personalized to your life.

Bootcamp for Insomnia is a 6-week, 90 minute, online class, weekly for 90 minutes. After a private assessment session, you will begin a 6-week intensive process to get your sleep on track, break your problematic behaviors and beliefs, and have tools for life. This process will require a strong commitment to trying new helpful behaviors and maintaining a structured schedule to improve not just your sleep--it will improve your life. â€‹

Online classes will not be recorded. Quiet, privacy, and a good internet connection is required. Materials will be provided for absences.
