Insomnia Boot Camp
5-Week CBT for Insomnia Online Group
Struggling with sleep? Join our small online 5-week CBT for Insomnia group, designed to help you build healthier sleep patterns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Each Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM (PST), we’ll meet for up to 75 minutes — we may finish early, but extra time is available when deeper discussions unfold.
Participants will receive:

A 1-hour individual screening ($250 value) for $150 to tailor your approach.

Free 6-month access to self-guided online materials and handouts ($50 value).

Weekly group sessions at $75 each, with education, check-ins, and time for discussion and questions.
