CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I)
For months or years, you have struggled to go to sleep, stay asleep, or are waking too early. Your days feel like walking through a haze & your nights are riddled with anxiety. Insomnia hasn't only stolen your sleep but your productivity, daily pleasures, & confidence in being able to be present in your life. Perhaps you've tried apps, sleeping drugs, sleeping devices, & other sleep fixes — unfortunately, they only offer short or little relief.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a research-based method & the most effective, long-term treatment for insomnia, even above sleep medication. CBT-I is a fast & powerful 4 to 8 session program to getting your life & sleep back on track. CBT-I teaches you tools to change your thoughts, behaviors, & physical processes to make you a better sleeper.
We will work together to track your daily sleep habits, do a thorough assessment to create an individualized program, & review the latest practices for effective sleep habits. I will then customize a 2 week program for you to do at home.
You can rest easy knowing you will walk away with tools for life!

INSOMNIA BOOT CAMP
It's time for relief and to rest!
Bootcamp for Insomnia is a 6-week, 90 minute, online class, every other week for an hour. After a private assessment session, you will begin a 6-week intensive process to get your sleep on track, break your problematic behaviors and beliefs, and have tools for life. This process will require a strong commitment to tracking sleep and maintaining a structured schedule.
About Abby Neuberg
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist & a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with a diverse knowledge of different psychological challenges, including sleep, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, & sexual issues. I am a humanistic & body-centered therapist. I offer many pathways towards healing & growth, including CBT-I for insomnia, EMDR for trauma processing, Harm Reduction Therapy for working with out of control substance use or sexual behavior, & more. My approach to working with people is collaborative, educational, attachment-focused, relational, humorous, & skills-based.
I offer deep empathy & compassion with the struggle of lost sleep — as a business owner & mother of a young child, I know how hard it is to want to perform your best while suffering from bad sleep. Parenting-related sleep deprivation left me struggling for years to feel like I could keep up with the most meaningful things in my life. I've had personal, direct experience with seeing the profound, positive life impact of CBT-I on close family members.
I look forward to working with you.
